出现以下异常，应该是因为profiles选中了central，因为central是发布到中央库其中配置了maven-gpg-plugin所以需要签名,
如果只是本地install不需要签名，选anyline或其如果你本地maven配置文件中配置了其他的profiles也可以，一个不选也可以。
